Refund Policy

USDT deliveries are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain. Refunds are handled as follows:

Before payment

Orders cancelled before payment carry no charge.

After payment, before dispatch

If USDT has not yet been broadcast, the INR amount is refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, less applicable payment-gateway charges.

After dispatch

Once USDT has been broadcast to the specified wallet address, the transaction is final. Users are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses.

Disputes

Raise disputes at support@usdtixflow.com within 7 days of the transaction for review.
